Rocky helped me sell 3 parcels of rural land and knew the price point they'd go for spot on. I counted on his expert advise.

In 2015 Rocky and his Remax Team helped me purchase a foreclosed property and in following Rocky’s advice and guidance, I was able to get it for thousands less than what I was planning to initially offer the bank. Fast forward to 2023 and Rocky just sold that same very same property for me, for thousands more than I would have ever expected to ask for it. My advice to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Tonasket/Oroville area of Okanogan County, is to see Rocky at the Oroville Remax Office first. Tell him what you’re selling or wanting to buy and just “hand him the football and let him run with it “. he was very easy to work with and will make sure everything is going the way it should be and will show u many different ways u can buy a home he takes the time to go thought everything with u step by step and has great people he works with so u dont get over charged for any thing he will also take the time to email u new listing in ur price range to see wat u think of them and he makes sure u get pretty much anything with in reason ur asking for he also will go and sit at the home ur buying wall the home inspection is going on and help with any paper work u need done he will also try to get u bottom dollar money down so ur not paying a but loan out of pocket if u dont need to

Rocky was an absolute amazing agent! He was very easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond to make sure we got offers in fast. I lived out of town from where I was looking to buy and Rocky made the trip a couple of times to do a Facetime walkthrough of homes for me. He always gave me his honest opinions of things that might be wrong with the homes and was very attentive to the specifics or what my husband and I were looking for.
